Be transported to Japan for a night, with a four course meal from the chefs at Yarri Restaurant and Bar in Dunsborough. 

Each course brings a taste of Japan to your palette, paired with wine or sake to enhance the flavours of each dish. Be welcomed with Japanese Taiko drumming and take your seat for a full Japanese dining experience!

First Course: 

🌸 Chicken yakatori / tare / green onion + ginger

🌸 Emu / wasabi  creme fraiche / nori

🌸 Sushi Train - japanese gin, wasabi, cucumber, lemon, simple syrup, wonderfoam

Second Course:

🌸 Kingfish sashimi / avocado / grapefruit ponzu / tsukandi

🌸 Sake

Third Course:

🌸 Wagyu Flank / mushrooms / warrigal greens / shio koji + black garlic 

🌸 Snake & Herring 'Cannonball'

Fourth Course: 

🌸 Yuzu / matcha / miso / black sesame

🌸 Yuzu Shu
