Meet Your Instructor: 

Samantha is the co-creator of Peko Peko Doubleview and Dunsborough, a venture inspired by her 10 years in Japan. During this time, she worked in the food industry, gaining hands-on experience and immersing herself in the rich culinary traditions of Japan. 

 Miso is fermented and contains live active cultures, it’s a great source of probiotics and amazing for gut health! , especially for those with lactose intolerance or a sensitivity to dairy products like yogurt and cultured cheeses.
