About The Event

Shinrin Yoku, or Forest Bathing, is a Japanese practice focused on immersing oneself in nature, particularly in forest settings, to improve overall well-being.

Enjoy the spring wildflowers and learn the basics of Shinrin Yoku, forest bathing, with  environmental scientist and Forest bathing guide Jacquie from joy Trails. Scientifically proven benefits of Shinrin Yoku include reduced stress, improved mood, enhanced immune function, and increased creativity. By the end of the experience, participants feel awakened, connected, and profoundly relaxed, having experienced the healing power of nature and mindfulness.

So if you've spent the first half of 2023 a bit ~stressed~, this might be the break your body and mind is longing for.
